Imran Rosyadi is a Tax Partner with more than 20 years of professional experience in taxation. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Fiscal Administration from the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, University of Indonesia, and a Master’s degree in Management. He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Management program at Brawijaya University.
Prior to joining IBS, Imran built his career at one of the Big Four tax firms. He also served as Tax Manager at a Maersk Line Group company, Damco Indonesia and its subsidiaries, as well as a Tax Trainer at Ortax.
Imran has extensive experience in providing tax advisory and compliance services, handling tax disputes, and representing clients before the Tax Court. His expertise also covers tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions (M&A), tax due diligence, and business and corporate tax restructuring, supporting clients in complex transactions and strategic business transformations.
He holds a Tax C license, licensed Tax Court Attorney, and a Certified Customs Expert. Imran is known for delivering strategic, practical, and commercially focused tax solutions tailored to clients’ business objectives.
ASSISTANT MANAGER
Andy holds a bachelor’s degree in Sharia Economic from the Faculty of Sharia and Law, Jakarta State Islamic University (2015). He further enhanced his legal expertise by completing advanced postgraduate coursework in International Business Law at Esa Unggul University, Jakarta (2020), where he focused on cross-border contract drafting and global business regulations. Currently, he is pursuing a Master of Accounting at Pamulang University to further strengthen his financial acumen.
He is a licensed Tax Court Attorney with more than nine years of professional experience in the field of taxation. Andy has been involved in providing tax services to a wide range of industries, including property and real estate, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, travel agencies, and other business sectors.
Andy’s professional experience covers tax advisory and compliance, handling tax disputes (including tax audits, objection processes, and appeals before the Tax Court), as well as addressing domestic and cross-border tax matters. He is recognized for his strong technical knowledge and practical approach in delivering effective tax solutions to clients.
ASSISTANT MANAGER
Dwi is an Assistant Manager with more than eight years of professional experience in the field of taxation. He is a graduate of Gunadarma University and has been actively practicing as a tax consultant, with a strong focus on handling complex tax audits and tax dispute matters.
Dwi has extensive experience in managing tax audits, objection processes, and other dispute-related cases, representing clients across a wide range of industries. His industry exposure includes, among others, freight forwarding and logistics, manufacturing, trading, services, and other diversified business sectors.
He is a licensed Tax Court Attorney holding a Tax Brevet B license and is recognized for his strong technical expertise and practical application of tax regulations. In addition to his client engagements, Dwi is actively involved as a speaker in various IBS knowledge-sharing sessions and delivers in-house tax training programs for clients.
