A nominee Commissioner or Director is an individual designated by the company to fulfill a passive role within its structure.

The designation ‘Nominee’ signifies that this position is exclusively non-executive in nature. This role is established to comply with Indonesian legal requirements, which mandate that every company must have at least one Commissioner or Director.

The nominee Commissioner or Director does not engage in the day-to-day management of the company and will only perform actions as requested by the company.

Our scope of services:

• Acting as a representative of the Company, carrying out the functions of a Commissioner / Director limited to a specific role that is agreed upon and will be stated later.
• Ensuring that the roles carried out and/or decided are in accordance with applicable legal provisions.
• Act on the business owner’s behalf and cannot take any decisions independently
